It will be held in San Antonio Texas at Astro Bowl Sports Center. Aug 22nd thru 24th. The marathon entry is $490/$510 for 1-50 entries then its $560/$583 for 51-100 1st one is Cash and the other is Credit Card cost. I had the new Psycho drilled up on Friday and bowled with it in a tournament. And all I can say is it hits like a train. Keeps a great line no matter what the lane condition. The lanes that I bowled on were dry and I was able to shoot the high series of the tournament which was a 733. The cut was only 675 to make the top 32. I finished 2nd but the ball did more than pay for itself. I was a very impressed with the way that it rolled and carreid out the corners when I threw it right. The ball had a 3-4" pin and was layed out to be slightly aggressive.
Well, I am not sure how many of you out in Bowl Space World have signed up for fantasy bowling this year. But if you haven't you don't know what your missing. I know that it is not the same as Fantasy Football but, If your a bowler and love bowling, Well that is all I need to say about that. This week at the Masters is the first week so you have time before next weeks tournament starts to sign up. Just go to www.pba.org and chose interactive and then fantasy bowling. Bloggers, Here is a tidbit, I have learned that if you bowl good enough to get into a bowling article that there will always be poeple that do not want to see you succeed. Those are the people that you should stay away from. They may act like friends, they may even pretend to be your friends but they are not. I am not the best bowler in the world. What I know I have either taught myself are asked and learned by doing. I have never claimed to be the best bowler in the world either. But one day I was asked to be in a bowling newspaper because I bowled good while being injured and just out of surgery for an ACL injury. Well they asked me questions about my life before bowling and how long I had been bowling. and just information questions about myself. They also asked friends other questions. Well i was visiting the PBA's website and I found that someone was pretending to be me. And bragging about the article and making it seem like I was some god or something. Well I am not. I never said I was. I hate when something good happens to someone that instead of other saying congradulations they talk bad about you behind your back. So when you ever bowl a great game or series well I want to congradulate you because it is never easy. that is all I have to say and if this offends you in anyway please do not read it.
